背景介绍
化学发光技术(Chemiluminescence ,CL)是近年来一种新兴的检测技术,主要利用化学反应释放的自由能激发某些物质如辣根过氧化酶(HRP)和吖啶脂(AE),使其从激发态回到基态并且释放等能级的光子,从而对光子进行检测的分析技术。相较于传统的ELISA检测方法,化学发光免疫分析(Chemiluminescence immunoassay, CLIA)具有更高的灵敏度,更优的特异性与更宽的线性范围。
磁微粒化学发光免疫分析(Magnetic Particle Based Chemiluminescent Immunoassay, MPCLIA)是将磁性分离技术、化学发光技术、免疫分析技术三者结合起来的一种新兴分析方法,磁珠的使用提高了样品接触表面积、捕获效率和实验精密度,解决了微孔板比表面积小而带来的检测局限性,更常用于疾病诊断、药物开发、化学反应监测等研究领域。

No. MPC-A006) was incubated with Acridine Ester-Labeled Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Antibody, Chimeric mAb, Human IgG1 (AM224) (Cat. No. NUN-M224) and treated with SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein, His Tag (Cat. No. NUN-C5227) at increasing concentration, detection was performed using with sensitivity of 97.7 pg/mL in Magnetism particulate chemiluminescence immunoassay (MPCLIA) (KEYSMILE, SMART 6500S) (QC tested).

No. ABK-002) in a sandwich CLEIA Assay for detection of Human IFN-gamma, immobilized Monoclonal Anti-IFNγ antibody, Human IgG1 at 2 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Human IFN-gamma, premium grade (Cat. No. IFG-H4211) and then add Biotinylated Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-IFNγ antibody, Human IgG at 0.05 μg/mL. Detection was performed using Streptavidin-HRP, Horseradish peroxidase conjugated Streptavidin (Cat. No. STN-NH913) with sensitivity of 7.8 pg/mL.
