蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™)
The protein has a calculated MW of 12.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 17-18 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
标记（Labeling）
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）
Biotinylated Human LY6G6D Protein, His,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA
Immobilized Biotinylated Human LY6G6D Protein, His,Avitag (Cat. No. LYD-H82Q3) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin (Cat. No. STN-N5116) precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Anti-LY6G6D antibody, Human IgG1 with a linear range of 0.1-2 ng/mL (Routinely tested).

背景（Background）
LY6G6D belongs to a cluster of leukocyte antigen-6 (LY6) genes located in the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region on chromosome 6. Members of the LY6 superfamily typically contain 70 to 80 amino acids, including 8 to 10 cysteines. Most LY6 proteins are attached to the cell surface by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor that is directly involved in signal transduction.
