描述(Description)

The Human IL-2 R beta/IL-2 R gamma (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was engineered to not only express STAT5 signaling response element, but also express the receptors full length human IL-2 R beta (Gene ID: 3560) and IL-2 R gamma (Gene ID: 3561). When stimulated with human IL-2 protein, receptor-mediate signaling drives STAT5-mediated luminescence.

Co-expression analysis of human IL-2 R beta and IL-2 R gamma on Human IL-2 R beta/IL-2 R gamma (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell by FACS.
Cell surface staining was performed on Human IL-2 R beta/IL-2 R gamma (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell or negative control cell using PE-labeled anti-IL-2 R beta antibody and APC-labeled anti-IL-2 R gamma antibody.

Response to human IL-2 protein (RLU).
The Human IL-2 R beta/IL-2 R gamma (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was stimulated with serial dilutions of human IL-2 protein (Cat.No.IL2-H5215). The EC50 was approximately 0.0025 μg/mL.

The Human IL-2 R beta/IL-2 R gamma (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was stimulated with serial dilutions of human IL-2 protein (Cat.No.IL2-H5215). The max induction fold was approximately 99.74.

背景(Background)

Both Interleukin-2 receptor subunit beta and Interleukin-2 receptor subunit gamma are receptor for interleukin-2. Common subunit for the receptors for a variety of interleukins. Interacts with SHB upon interleukin stimulation. Probably in association with IL15RA, involved in the stimulation of neutrophil phagocytosis by IL15. This beta subunit is involved in receptor mediated endocytosis and transduces the mitogenic signals of IL2. IL2R exists in 3 different forms: a high affinity dimer, an intermediate affinity monomer (beta subunit), and a low affinity monomer (alpha subunit). The high and intermediate affinity forms also associate with a gamma subunit.
