背景（Background）
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a highly contagious virus causing severe infection in infants and the elderly. Various approaches are being used to develop an effective RSV vaccine. The RSV fusion (F) subunit, particularly the cleaved trimeric pre-fusion F, is one of the most promising vaccine candidates under development.

存储（Storage）
For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower.
Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
This product is stable after storage at:
● -20°C to -70°C for 36 months in lyophilized state;
● -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
原理（Assay Principles）
This assay employs a standard sandwich-ELISA format, providing a rapid detection of Pre-Fusion glycoprotein F0 (RSV). The pair consists of RSV-Pre-F0 Capture Antibody and HRP-RSV-Pre-F0 Detection Antibody.

Immobilized RSV-Pre-F0 Capture Antibody (Cat. No. RAP166-C01) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Pre-Fusion glycoprotein F0, and then add HRP-RSV-Pre-F0 Detection Antibody (Cat. No. RAP166-C02) at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well), linear range of 0.098-6.25 ng/mL (QC tested).
