产品描述（Product Details）
Endo H is a recombinant glycosidase cloned from Streptomyces plicatus and overexpressed in E. coli. It cleaves the chitobiose core of high-mannose oligosaccharides and a limited number of hybrid oligosaccharides from asparagine-linked glycoproteins.
应用说明（Application）
- Endo H cleaves within the chitobiose core of high mannose and some hybrid oligosaccharides from N-linked glycoproteins.
单位定义（Unit Definition）
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to remove >95% of the carbohydrate from 10µg of denatured RNase B in 1 hour at 37°C in a total reaction volume of 10µl.

Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method. >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
制剂（Formulation）
Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 20 mM Tris, 50 mM NaCl, 5 mM EDTA, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.
