Biotinylated Human TNF-alpha, epitope tag free, primary amine labeling (TNA-H8211) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Val 77 - Leu 233 (Accession # P01375-1). It is the biotinylated form of Human TNF-alpha, premium grade (Cat. No. TNA-H4211).

The product does NOT contain any epitope tags. The protein has a calculated MW of 17.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 16-17 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
标记（Labeling）
The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with biotins using standard chemical labeling method. A standard biotin reagent (13.5 angstroms) is used in this product.
