Cynomolgus LAG-3, Mouse IgG2a Fc tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).

Immobilized Cynomolgus LAG-3, Mouse IgG2a Fc tag (Cat. No. LA3-C52A0) at 5 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Anti-PD1 x LAG3 Antibody and then add Biotinylated Cynomolgus PD-1 Protein, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. PD1-C82F7) at 2 μg/mL. Detection was performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin with sensitivity of 0.002 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
