Predicted N-terminus: Cys 20 (IL-21 R) & Leu 23 (IL-2 R gamma)

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

Human IL-21 R & IL-2 R gamma Heterodimer Protein, Fc Tag&Fc Tag is produced by co-expression of IL-21 R and IL-2 R gamma, has a calculated MW of 51.5 kDa (IL-21 R) & 53.6 kDa (IL-2 R gamma). Subunit IL-21 R is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus and subunit IL-2 R gamma is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 65 kDa and 70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
