FITC-Labeled Human IL-15 R alpha, Fc Tag (ILA-HF255) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ile 31 - Thr 205 (Accession # Q13261-1). It is the FITC labeled form of Human IL-15 R alpha, Fc Tag (Cat. No. ILA-H5253).

Predicted N-terminus: Ile 31

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 44.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-80 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

标记（Labeling）

The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

The FITC to protein molar ratio is 1.5-3.5.

纯度（Purity）

>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
