蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

Biotinylated Human HLA-DPA1*01:03&HLA-DPB1*04:01&CLIP (PVSKMRMATPLLMQA) Complex Protein is produced by co-expression of HLA-DPA1*01:03 and HLA-DPB1*04:01 loaded with CLIP peptide.

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 29.5 kDa and 29.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 38-41 kDa and 33-36 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
