蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 53.7 kDa & 19.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 110-120 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Within the expressed region, several mutations were introduced to optimize the protein expression and stability.

The protein is designed as a trimer.
