This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus and a Flag tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 50.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 43 kDa and 65-130 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

If glycerol is not compatible with your application, remove glycerol just before the immediate experiment, and NEVER store glycerol-free protein solution.Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 50 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, Buffer B, pH7.5, CHS with glycerol as protectant.
