Human Decorin, His Tag (DE1-H5223) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 17 - Lys 359 (Accession # NP_001911.1).

Predicted N-terminus: Gly 17

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 38.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 46-55 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to different glycosylation.
