Biotinylated Human Claudin-4 Full Length Protein, Avitag,His&Flag Tag (CL4-H85D3) is expressed from Baculovirus-Insect cells. It contains AA Met 1- Val 209 (Accession # O14493-1).

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries an Avi tag (Avitag™) at the N-terminus followed a polyhistidine tag and at the C-terminus by a Flag tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 27.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 25 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE).

标记（Labeling）

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Passed as determined by the HABA assay / binding ELISA.

纯度（Purity）

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

制剂（Formulation）

This product is not suitable for cell based experiments due to cytotoxicity of DDM.
DDM and CHS are INDISPENSABLE to keep membrane protein soluble and active, under no circumstances should you remove DDM and CHS.
DDM/CHS buffer (DC-11) is sold separately and not included in protein, and please contact us if you need the buffer.
If glycerol is not compatible with your application, remove glycerol just before the immediate experiment, and NEVER store glycerol-free protein solution.

Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, DDM, CHS, pH8.0 with glycerol as protectant.
