Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3D Heterodimer Protein, His,Avitag&Tag Free is produced by co-expression of CD3E and CD3D, has a calculated MW of 17.8 kDa (CD3E) and 13.5 kDa (CD3D). Subunit CD3E is fused with a polyhistidine tag and followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™) and subunit CD3D contains no tag at the C-terminus. The reducing (R) heterodimer protein migrates as 21-23 kDa (CD3E) and 19-21 kDa (CD3D) when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker due to glyosylation.
The protein is designed as a heterodimer.

Immobilized Cynomolgus DLL3 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. DL3-C52H3) at 1 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Tarlatamab and then add Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3D Heterodimer Protein, His,Avitag&Tag Free (Cat. No. CDD-C82W6) at 0.2 μg/mL. Detection was performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin with sensitivity of 3.91 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
