Immobilized Rhesus macaque CD3 epsilon Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. CDE-R5H3) at 2 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Bispecific BCMA×CD3 T cell-engaging Antibody (Cat. No. CDA-H52Hb) and then add Biotinylated Human BCMA, Fc,Avitag, premium grade (Cat. No. BC7-H82F0) at 0.2 μg/mL. Detection wasperformed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin with sensitivity of 3.18 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
