Human BTN2A1 Protein, His Tag (BT1-H52H6) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 29 - Ala 248 (Accession # Q7KYR7-2).

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 26.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 38-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
