This antibody panel comprises four distinct rabbit monoclonal antibodies against MMAE, with slight differences in their recognition epitopes. Consequently, they may exhibit varying affinity levels towards different MMAE analogs or different conjugates of MMAE and linkers. This panel can be used to conduct preliminary experiments for screening the optimal antibody clone.

This panel contains four anti-MMAE monoclonal antibodies, suitable for pharmacokinetic (PK) detection of ADC with MMAE as the payload. All the anti-MMAE monoclonal antibodies are recombinantly expressed from HEK293, can be used as a capture antibody for detecting conjugated antibodies in ELISA assay.

存储（Storage）
For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower.
Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
This product is stable after storage at:
- -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
- -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
