Anti-Clumping Additive is a culture supplement that facilitates suspension by significantly reducing aggregation and adhesion of cells. Add Anti-Clumping Additive (Catalog # AC-1112) to medium at 1% volume ratio mix gently. Cell densities can achieve a higher level in optimized culture with Anti-Clumping Additive. This product is a gentle, animal origin-free, protein-free, serum-free and chemically defined formulation that minimize the interference and risk in cell cultivation. Please notice that Anti-Clumping Additive can only be used after cationic lipid transfection process for this category of cell line.
