Dopaminergic Neuron Maintenance Medium is a serum-free medium which supports the maintenance of dopaminergic (DA) neurons differentiated from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). DA neurons in this medium exhibit typical neuronal morphology and express dopaminergic markers.

Dopaminergic Neuron Maintenance Medium is aantibiotic-free and serum-free medium with minimal batch variation to which differentiation factors are added. This medium does not contain antibiotics but their use is allowed during both the differentiation and maintenance phases.

存储（Storage）

The unopened Box A is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored under 2-8°C.
The unopened Box B is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored under -20°C.
The opened kit should be stored according to components table.
