Multiplex Bead Assay platform allows flow cytometry based on beads with different size and color to quantity multiple soluble cell release factor from a single sample. The performance of this platform has been optimized for specific analysis in cell culture supernatants, plasma and serum samples. Compared to traditional single-analyte methods, it offers significant advantages, including lower sample volume requirements, simpler operation, more broad dynamic range and so on.
We offer a range of individual reagents for each factor, giving you the flexibility to select and combine them according to your specific research requirements.
应用说明(Application)
This Panel (Flow Cytometry Bead Assay) gives quantitative results of MCP-1/CCL2 with a sample testing. The performance of this panel has been optimized for specific analysis of cytokines.
It is for research use only.
存储(Storage)
1. Unopened buffer should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
3. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

Data was generated on Beckman Cytoflex S Flow Cytometer, equipped with blue laser (561 nm) and red laser (640 nm).
