Human Laminin Quantitative ELISA Kit is based on the Sandwich-ELISA method and is used to detect and quantitatively measure Laminin, including the specific identification of Laminin 521 E8 fragment and Laminin 511 E8 fragment levels, in cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma. In addition, this kit can also be used for the quantitative determination of the concentrations of GMP Human Laminin 521 Protein (ACROBiosystems, Cat#GMP-LA5H24) and GMP Human Laminin 511 Protein (ACROBiosystems, Cat#GMP-LA1H25). It is designed to provide rigorous quality control, helping to monitor Laminin levels in biological samples and contribute to process optimization in the production of cell-based therapies.

存储（Storage）
1. Store the unopened kit at 2-8°C upon receipt.

For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each micro-plate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipments. The following example data is for reference only.
Human Laminin Quantitative ELISA Kit can recognize GMP Human Laminin 521 Protein (Cat. No. GMP-LA5H24), with a linear range of 3.125-100 ng/mL.
Human Laminin Quantitative ELISA Kit can recognize GMP Human Laminin 511 Protein (Cat. No. GMP-LA1H25), with a linear range of 3.125-100 ng/mL.
稀释线性（Dilution Linearity）
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples spiked with high concentrations of Laminin 521 were serially diluted with calibrator diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
批内差异（Intra-Assay Statistics）
Three samples of known concentration were tested ten times on one plate to assess intra-assay precision.
批间差异（Inter-Assay Statistics）
Three samples of known concentration were tested in three separate assays to assess inter-assay precision.
回收率（Recovery）
Three Laminin 521 with different concentrations were tested to calculate the recovery rate.
