This inhibitor screening ELISA kit is designed to facilitate the identification and characterization of IL-31 pathway inhibitors. It is based on the sandwich ELISA platform to screening inhibitors.
应用说明（Application）
It can be used for screening for inhibitors of human IL-31 binding to human IL-31 RA.
It is for research use only.
存储（Storage）
1. Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
3. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

Serial dilutions of Anti-IL-31 RA (Nemolizumab) (Catalog # EP171-C04) (1:1 serial dilution, from 0.5μg/mL to 0.0078125μg/mL) was added into Human IL-31 : IL-31 RA [Biotinylat-ed]binding reactions. The assay was performed according to the protocol described below. Back-ground was subtracted from data points prior to log transformation and curve fitting (QC tested).
For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each micro-plate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipments. The example data is for reference only.
