     IL-11 TYPICAL DATA

    For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each microplate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipment. The following example data is for reference only. The sample concentration was cal-culated based on the results of the standard curve. The minimum detectable concentration of IL-11 is less than 3.906 pg/mL.

  • 样本值(Sample Values)

    MRC-5 Medical Research Council cell strain-5 (1.0×106cells/mL) were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate. Cells were cultured unstimulated or stimulated with 30ng/mL IL-1β and 30ng/mL TNF-α for 2 days. Subsequent analysis involved quantitative measurement of human IL-11 concentrations in collected culture supernatants using standardized immunoassays.

    Recombinant IL-11 was spiked into three human serum samples, and then ana-lyzed. The average recovery of IL-11 for serum samples is 89.5%.
