The resDNA Sample Preparation Kit Ⅱ provides a simple and convenient way to isolate pure DNA from biopharmaceuticals. After lysis of the sample, pure DNA bound to a magnetic bead can be easily separated from the aqueous phase using a magnet. IMPORTANT：This kit needs to be used in conjunction with the HEK293/HEK293T/Pichia pastoris/Vero resDNA Quantitation Kit (qPCR). It is not compatible with other resDNA Quantitation kits.

The kit is developed for extraction of trace or residual DNA in biopharmaceutical. IMPORTANT: This kit needs to be used in conjunction with the HEK293/HEK293T/Pichia pastoris/Vero resDNA Quantitation Kit (qPCR).
