    This product can be directly isolated using conventional column-free magnetic stand (eg. Cat. MB-01/ MB-02/ MB-03/ MB-04). Please note that due to its micron-scale size, it is not compatible with commercially available column-based (M/D/L) magnetic separation systems.

    ActiveMax® Human CD19 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are uniform, superparamagnetic beads of 5.5 µm in diameter immobilized with Human CD19 protein expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293) and contains AA Pro 20 - Pro 278 (Accession # P15391-1).
    ActiveMax® Human CD19 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are produced under sterile manufacturing conditions (ISO 5), and no animal- or human-derived components are used throughout the production process. It is produced under our rigorous quality control system that includes a comprehensive set of tests including sterility and endotoxin tests.
    Compared to MBS-C002, this product demonstrates superior stability and a longer shelf life, ensuring consistent and reliable performance over extended periods.

  • 应用说明(Application)

    ActiveMax® Human CD19 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are designed to stimulate in vitro CD19-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells, similar to the tumor cell lines that express human CD19 antigen. It can be used as follows:
    Evaluating the characteristics of CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.
    In vitro expansion of CD19-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.
    In vitro enrichment of CD19-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.

  • 存储(Storage)

    This product is stable in storage under the following conditions: -20˚C for 12 months in lyophilized state. -70°C for 12 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 2-8°C for 2 week under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

    Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution. Immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.

    ActiveMax® Human CD19 μBeads, premium grade (for cells, Super stable) (Cat. No. MBS-C035) can activate CD19-specific CAR-T cells by detecting the secretion of IFN- γ in vitro (Routinely tested).

    Enrichment of Anti-CD19+ CAR-T Cells Using ActiveMax® Human CD19 μBeads, Premium Grade (for cells, Super stable).
    For 2.5 × 10⁶ Anti-CD19 CAR-T cells with initial positivity rates of 59.05% (donor 1)and 31.18% (donor 2), respectively, significant enrichment was achieved using ActiveMax® Human CD19 μBeads, Premium Grade (for cells, Super stable) (Cat. No. MBS-C035) at Beads : cells ratios of 0.2:1, 1:1, and 5:1. At a Beads : cells ratio of 5:1, the enrichment efficiency reached 87% for the donor 1 and 95% for the donor 2.
    Beads enrichment efficiency=1-(untouched cells * ratio of CD19 CAR-T )/(Initial cells * ratio of CD19 CAR-T) * 100%.
