Serum and some samples often cause nonspecific binding,especially after blocking,which lead to high background and low sensitivity.
应用说明（Application）
The buffer can reduce non-specific adsorption in experiments, avoid background signals which is caused by serum especially, achieve high signal-to-noise ratio, and achieve ideal detection sensitivity.
存储（Storage）
1. Store the unopened buffer at 2-8℃ upon receipt.
2. Locate the expiration date on the outer packaging and do not use reagents beyond their expiration date.
3. The shelf life of the opened buffer is 30 days from the date of opening.

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA
2% serum diluted by Dilution Buffer : Biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 S protein RBD was put into, the background value is 2.383 and 2.148; 2% serum diluted by DB-02 : Biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 S protein RBD was put into, the background value is 0.262 and 0.263. In the existence of DB-02, the serum background values significantly decreased. Note: Dilution Buffer is Wash Buffer with 0.5% (w/v) bovine serum albumin (BSA), 50 mL.
