应用说明（Application）
The Anti- FITC Antibody coupled Magnetic Beads is used to capture the FITC Antibody, it can combination with Acridinium markers in chemiluminescence technology, The Acridinium ester markers such as Anti-Human IgG Antibody-Acridinium ester can capture the antibodies , this allows detection of antigen and antibody binding or antibody screening.

存储（Storage）
Upon receipt, please store the Beads at -20℃. The shelf life is 1 year at -20 ℃.
Please avoid more than 3 freeze-thaw cycles once reconstitution, immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.

活性（Bioactivity）-MPCLIA
Immobilized 0.05 μg /Test of FITC-Labeled Human BCMA, His Tag(Cat. No. BCA-HF2H1) to the Anti-FITC Antibody coupled Magnetic Beads (recommended for MPCLIA) (Cat. No. MPC-A009) (10 μg beads/Test), incubated with 100 μL /Test of Monoclonal Anti-Human BCMA Antibody, Human IgG1 (Cat. No. BCA-M26) at increasing concentration coupled to the Anti-Human IgG Antibody-Acridinium ester(Cat. No. AHG-Y69, 0.04 μg /Test). Detection was performed with sensitivity of 0. 98 ng/mL in Magnetism particulate chemiluminescence immunoassay (MPCLIA) (KEYSMILE, SMART 6500S) (QC tested).
Protocol
The MPCLIA assay shows that Anti-FITC Antibody coupled Magnetic Beads (recommended for MPCLIA) (Cat. No. MPC-A009) is stable at 37°C for 10 days.
The MPCLIA assay shows that Anti-FITC Antibody coupled Magnetic Beads (recommended for MPCLIA) (Cat. No. MPC-A009) is stable after freezing and thawing 3 times.
The MPCLIA assay shows that Anti-FITC Antibody coupled Magnetic Beads (recommended for MPCLIA) (Cat. No. MPC-A009) is stable at 37°C for 10 days.
