描述/背景（Background）
Recombinant Monoclonal Anti-MSH6 Antibody, Rabbit (4C7) is a MSH6 primary antibody for IHC application. MSH6 leads mismatch repair (MMR), which is a DNA repair pathway that corrects mispaired based in DNA molecules and restore the correct nucleotide sequence. MSH6 is over-expressed in a variety of tumors in the colon, ovary and stomach.
