描述/背景（Background）
Recombinant Monoclonal Anti-MSH2 Antibody, Rabbit (3D2) is a MSH2 primary antibody for IHC application. MSH2 leads mismatch repair (MMR), which is a DNA repair pathway that corrects mispaired based in DNA molecules and restore the correct nucleotide sequence. MSH2 is over-expressed in a variety of tumors in the colon, stomach, breast, pancreas, and lung.
