The Monoclonal Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Europium chelate is a universal tool for TR-FRET assays that can bind mouse IgG or mFc-tagged proteins. This product uses specific anti-mouse IgG antibody covalently conjugated with Eu³⁺ chelate, and it can be used in combination with other Acceptors directly or indirectly labeled with fluorescent dyes. When the Donor and Acceptor come into close proximity (within a distance of less than 10 nm), a FRET reaction occurs: the 620 nm signal emitted by the Donor upon excitation by a specific light source is received by the Acceptor, which then emits a 665 nm signal.产品参数（Product Specifications）

In the TR-FRET assay, Monoclonal Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Europium chelate (Cat. No. FRT-TD03) is used as the Donor and Streptavidin Protein FA-Labeled (Cat. No. FRT-TA01) is used as the Acceptor. Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D Heterodimer Protein, His,Avitag&Tag Free (Cat. No. CDD-H82W6), at 50 ng/well, can bind to the Monoclonal Anti-Human CD3 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (Clone: OKT3), premium grade (Cat. No. CDE-M120a) with a linear detection range of 5-0.01 μg/mL (QC tested).
