No. VLP-N5213) is verified not recoginized by Monoclonal Anti-Human CCR8 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (11C4C1) (Cat. No. CC8-MY2406) in low concentration (QC tested).
Protocol
活性（Bioactivity）-FACS
1e6 of HEK293/Human CCR8 Stable Cells Line were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of Monoclonal Anti-Human CCR8 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (11C4C1) (Cat. No. CC8-MY2406) and isotype control antibody respectively, washed and then followed by PE anti-mouse IgG2a antibody and analyzed with FACS (QC tested).
