MSR1分子背景
Macrophage scavenger receptor 1 (MSR1), also known as scavenger receptor-A (SR-A) or cluster of differentiation 204 (CD204). Present primarily on the surface of various types of macrophage, This receptor is macrophage-specific trimeric integral membrane glycoproteins and have been implicated in many macrophage-associated physiological and pathological processes such as atherosclerosis, innate and adaptive immunity, lung and liver disease, and more recently, cancer.
