This protein carries a llama IgG2b Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 46.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Human NKp44, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).

NKp44, a member of Natural Cytotoxicity Receptors (NCRs), is an activating receptor playing a crucial role in most functions exerted by activated NK cells and also by other NKp44+ immune cells. Membrane-associated PCNA is a ligand for the NKp44 (NCR2) innate immune receptorMembrane-associated PCNA is a ligand for the NKp44 (NCR2) innate immune receptor. NKp44 / NCR2 / CD336 may contribute to the increased efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells to mediate tumor cell lysis.
