This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 86.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 95-120 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Anti-Cadherin-17 antibody captured on CM5 chip via Anti-human IgG Fc antibodies surface can bind Human Cadherin-17, His Tag (Cat. No. CA7-H52H3) with an affinity constant of 2.9 μM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).

背景（Background）
Cadherin-17, also known as liver-intestine (LI) Cadherin, belongs to the cadherin family of calcium-dependent cell adhesion molecules. In vivo studies showed CDH17 knockout resulted in apoptotic PC tumor death through activating caspase-3 activity. Taken together, CDH17 functions as an oncogenic molecule critical to PC growth by regulating tumor apoptosis signaling pathways and CDH17 could be targeted to develop an anti-PC therapeutic approach.
