Biotinylated Human GITR Ligand, Avitag,Fc Tag (GIL-H82F8) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 50 - Ser 177 (Accession # AAH69319.1).

This protein carries an Avi tag (Avitag™) at the N-terminus, followed by a human IgG1 Fc tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 43.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-53 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Glycine, Arginine and NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
