Biotinylated Human LILRA1, His,Avitag (LI1-H82E8) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Pro 17 - Asn 461 (Accession # O75019-1).

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 52.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-90 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
